Class Literacy

This post is a pledge to my students.

I will put musical literacy at the forefront of every lesson.

Every musical term and jargon I teach will be presented in narrative format.

I will address musical literacy and insure that all students understand musical literacy.

I pledge to create an atmosphere of free speech if you pledge to not take advantage of a free atmosphere and hate people just to hate.

When the terms are difficult, I will be patient.

When class gets frustrating, I will be committed to making class lighthearted.

I will set no boundaries on learning, but I will set boundaries on disruption.
