John Sterling earned a Masters of Art in Music from Washington State University with an emphasis in Jazz Studies and composition. He has a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Music Performance from Cornish College of the Arts, Seattle, WA.
A jazz guitarist, he has played venues from Seattle to Fort Lauderdale. He currently performs as a soloist and in several jazz groups in Santa Cruz County, while focussing on building his teaching studio in downtown Santa Cruz. |
